Hanakoji Sawada is a three-star Michelin restaurant in Sapporo, known for its exquisite cuisine and exceptional service. The restaurant offers private rooms where guests can enjoy an intimate dining experience with their close friends. During our visit, we had the pleasure of dining in one of these private rooms with our friends from the USA.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, who escorted us to our private room. The room was beautifully decorated with traditional Japanese art, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The table was set with elegant tableware and stunning flower arrangements, enhancing the overall dining experience. The attentive staff ensured that our every need was taken care of throughout the evening.

As we settled in, we were presented with a menu showcasing the restaurant’s signature dishes. The menu featured a wide range of dishes, each prepared with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. We were impressed by the chef’s attention to detail and his creative use of flavors and textures. From the sashimi platter to the Wagyu beef, every dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.
